We celebrate Sport Relief with some special guests

We dug out our leg warmers on Friday to raise money for Sport Relief and we were joined by some special guests.

Following the news of our recent partnership with Sussex Cricket, we were delighted to be joined by Luke Wells and Ben Brown from the club, who came along with their mascot Sid the Shark to take part in our special Sport Relief challenges.

We had an 80s themed sporty fancy dress in the office with a prize for the best dressed and best dressed team selfie.

We also ran a press up challenge and planking challenge, with prizes for the best performing male and female.

Luke Wells won our men’s press up challenge, completing an impressive 76 in one minute.

Our men’s champion in the planking challenge lasted an incredible 9 minutes and 30 seconds!#

After the events, Ben Brown said: “Absolutely great atmosphere here at 1ST CENTRAL today, raising money for Sport Relief. Always nice to get to the final of a planking competition too!”

Thanks to the fantastic efforts of our employees and everyone getting involved, we raised a grand total of £362.84 for Sport Relief.
