We have our very own Learning & Development team who are dedicated to delivering an extensive catalogue of courses covering Excel and PowerPoint skills, through to structured management training programmes.

Employee wellbeing is high on the agenda here too. We provide a weekly free fruit delivery, discounted membership at a local health club and access to an Employee Assistance Programme, which promotes physical and emotional wellbeing at work and at home. We also hold an annual Wellbeing Week, which involves lots of sessions for people to get involved in. Last year’s event included lunchtime runs, after work yoga, sushi making classes, stress management workshops and even a massage at your desk!

We like to think we’re a pretty flexible employer and we offer flexible working for our employees. We try to accommodate flexible working requests where possible to help our people who need to change their usual working hours.

We also have a return to work scheme to help our people embed themselves back into the company if they’ve been on long-term sick leave or parental leave.
