We offer a workplace pension scheme for all employees.
For UK-based employees, there’s a contributory pension scheme, which is in line with auto-enrolment legislation. This means that both you and the company make a contribution towards your pension once you’ve been with us for three months. The percentage of these contributions depends on your employee grade.
For employees based in Guernsey or Gibraltar, you’re entitled to join the company pension scheme once you’ve successfully completed your probation period and you can chose whether to personally contribute towards it.
