From SEO, web analysis and social media to improving the customer experience and understanding our competitors, our Marketing department is a vibrant and varied place to work.

The team helps increase the number of customers joining 1ST CENTRAL, and works hard to make their experience straightforward and engaging, with the aim of increasing customer loyalty.

Our Customer Experience team ensures that any customer interaction is handled in a way that delivers the best result for the customer and the company.  

The Acquisition team, meanwhile, is responsible for developing brand awareness and helping to deliver integrated marketing activities to drive web traffic.

Our Insight team keeps its finger on the pulse of the marketplace and supports decision making through researching the latest industry developments.

With a workforce of almost 800, it’s important that we communicate efficiently internally as well as externally. So we have an internal newsletter and intranet to help keep staff informed of relevant company news.

The Communications team also manages 1ST CENTRAL’s PR strategy and identifies sponsorship and PR opportunities to maximise brand awareness.
